New arctic map

Hello, can we get a new arctic map? been trying to get some achievements lately but a whole chunk of them are appearently only obtainable in arctic maps. Which we do not have currently.. Not sure if we have any toyland achievements but otherwise i`d like one of those added as well

The reason we don't have an arctic server anymore is because it was unpopular. We might be changing to arctic some or one server around wintertime. I´ll think over it.
