Good afternoon, on server 2 there is also a problem with "other expenses"; as soon as 70 thousand is accumulated, it is immediately spent on advertising, making it impossible to buy anything expensive.

Hi all,
Yes, this "feature" is annoying. You can disable it by removing the value (or set it to 0). The problem is that it is enabled random per town you had build a station.

Is this a bug? Or is there any way to disable it forever?

It´s a bug and it´s annoying me too.  I´m at part 3 for fixing. Please use the testing.. for x64 from latest github release.
