i cannot seem to login at n-ice servers, are they down? when i look at the multiplayer list it does say it has clients online. Is it on my side? The other online games do seem to work and my internet is fine.

I try to connect to #9 Steamer world and #2 micro citybuilder.
Just after connection I lost it, during next one I've get info "your access to this server is restricted"
This IP is shared from GSM operator.
I moved to my wife's mobile connection and have no restrictions.
How to change it's status?

Yes, this "feature" is annoying. You can disable it by removing the value (or set it to 0). The problem is that it is enabled random per town you had build a station.
Is this a bug? Or is there any way to disable it forever?
