Vehicle order short-cut

After last update, in settings>vehicle orders>ctrl+leftclick and others , when buttons pressed, its not shown on the right side.
Also shit+left click always showing "cost".

My shrtcuts are ctrl+lc=full-load(any)
                        shift+lc=tranfer corgo.

Not sure if its Vanilla issue or client issue.
