hi, despite talking to the Japanese player, who's very enthusiastic in telling everyone he's Japanese, doesn't fully appreciate what apologising means, for, whilst breaking rules, he occasionally apologises and continues regardless, breaking more rules.
In this game so far, he's blocked me 3 times, blown up houses where red's airport is, land reserved everywhere, And apologised with no remedy offered...
I've called an admin, signed various things, and still get blocked... thus I would like him banned!
