Wat should happen in the following situation?
1. Two players are on a server in their companies
2. One enters !voterestart
3. The other player doesn't vote

Generally nothing because more than 50 percent is needed.

Very strange.

I was on server X1 in my compagnie around 19:30 24-11-2016.
A few years before the end the only other player (Tofi) executed a !voterestart.
I did noting but the server performed the restart.

Not very funny after a long time playing.
