How does Vote system works???

Chucky, can please explain how does Voting for kick system works? Today we had huge headache with one son of .... who had blocked every our station. !admin doesn't work, because none of admins was online... We tried to kick him abou 5 times, but nothing happend. After making clones we reached point then we could kick him.

Please explain how does Kick system works.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually the vote will be acknowledge if the ratio is equal or about a specified percent. Therefore it comes to a failure if less people participates on vote as you have noticed.
