Scoring broken on Citybuilder servers

Hello, it seems that the scoring for citybuilder servers is broken (and has been for some time). 

Here's one case from server 1. Similar issues ongoing on server 6.
The website scorelist says:

2014-02-10 11:43:45   0   1   34,980,106 / 0   1941 / 11   1   Yes

0 points awarded. At the end of the game, the console said 114 points.

Sometimes the database needs some time 

small hint or random: if you click on top100-list and then click your username so scores are faster updated
