General / Town requires wood to grow, but has no sawmill?

I'm currently playing on the server where the goal is to make your town reach 4000 pop. Now the town requires wood to grow, but there's no sawmill very close to the town. There are two sawmills 20-30 squares from the town, one of which is named after the town. Delivering woods to those sawmills doesn't count, evidently.

Known problem, or am I just being a bit thick here?

Could it be that I've built too much roads around the town, so they can't find a suitable place to build a sawmill close enough?

hi mrmiffi,

all logged in players get points if a company reach the goal. Means you will get nothing if you aren´t online. Further more interesting for long games that the company will be clean by autoclean function if you are not online for a couple of game months. For disable the autoclean you have to use the !saveme command.

What happens if a game ends and you are not online (here I think of the longer games, as I cant be online for around 19 houres at a time, so if I play like 6 houres and build somthing up, what happens if I or another player hit the end score, and the game stops?

Bad to hear this. But that´s really unfair behaviour. The player in question has been baned for a week. You also got some points as compensation. It´s also good to place a sign called admin for our staff team because a savegame will be generated automatically.

I was playing a game in the 100Mill company valuation, head-to-head with Red and all of a sudden he starts deleting my goods buildings in the City I was dropping goods. He wouldn't stop after confronting him so he starts buildings company signs in the same city so that my fund buildings does not work anymore.
