Suggestions / Delay build time when game/server restarts

Hi, I have a suggestion, when a server/game ends and starts again have a small build time delay for players re-joining(maybe something like 3 mins). This will also give players a little time to search the map and allows others to join.

What are your thoughts?

Suggestion State the max town size players are allowed to start in. I only found out by asking players and i see a lot of players finish on 0 maybe because they started in a town which was too big.
