You were absolutely right, it solved my problem. I just sent them to the station where they unloaded mail but they also loaded it when the station became bigger, so they were always full and couldn't deliver

I know this topic is old but anyways, here we go ...

I started playing OpenTTD because when I'm at my girlfriends, I use my old laptop which only runs this game So i gave it a go after 10 years, and here I am now, hooked on playing this 24/7 even when I'm home on my PC

General / Station glitch?

Hey, I tend not to open new topics if it's not necessary so I decided to ask in here.

Anyways... I've noticed a problem with road stations when playing online. I've set my mail truck to full load mail at the transfer railstation and take the mail to a road station in the centre of a town. It all works as it should, to a certain point. All of a sudden the truck doesn't unload anymore, even though the station still accepts mail. I've noticed this couple of times, also with passengers.

The way i usually solve the problem is by ploping down a new station, send truck there and it works ... again till a certain point. Then again, all of a sudden the truck won't unload and I have to repeat the process...

What seems to be the problem?

i think you've answered your own question ... your internet connection is probably too slow, and btw, i think server #2 would be most suitable for you, since the map size is 512x512, which i think is the smallest

Hello guys

I'm new to this forums and also fairly new to openttd. I've played TTD back in the days, but i fell back in love with this game I'm playing on your servers most of the times and i've found a wonderful mod you guys did. The citybuilder. I think it's fantastic, I love how you can make the town grow into city and so on, but I'm always struggling with one thing. I have a cronic shortage of mail !!! I get tons of passengers all the time, but I just can't seem to be able to transport enough mail.

I have tried with transfering mail to the train station, but unlike passengers, town generate only a small amount of mail. I've seen others having 500 or more mail at their stations ...

Are there any tricks you would like to share with a fellow transporter? Thanks
