Suggestions / your computer took too long to join server

1. i have internet connection problem
2. my connection usually 20 - 30 KBps " when downloading map "
3. when i already login it's only need 3 KBps to play
4. I'm lucky when my connection get 100 KBps it will easily download the map
5. it's normal for me to get massage " your computer took too long to join server "
6. i know it's my problem and i always avoid big map but i fall in love with server #6 " usually i play on #3"
7. when i download some file on internet my connection usually bout 200 KBps - 600 KBps

and the suggestion is
1. is there a way to adjust waiting time to join server ?

well for me i play this game cos my computer graphic is low and i have no other challenging game strategy, actually i love simcity and civilization more

Complaints / download map

sure my connection is poor, i try download the map but it disconnected about 50 - 90 % downloading, it's happened when the map is bout 2Mb. and my question is, am i disconnected because my poor connection, or it's time limit to download the map? cos i can connect to server when i can download the map fast,

i really have no idea bout rules. i play it for fun and have no idea what's going on, if there is the way for me to ge unban please tell me.
