Title: Current year server

Server which has start year same as current year. Should be incremented each year!

Goal: 300 or 500 MIL (we have no server with goal between 100 MIL and 1 BIL)
Start year: 2020
Max Loan: £1,000,000
Aeroplane Limit: 0
Road Vehicle Limit: 300
Train Limit: 300

So now we have no 1 BIL server. And after release in Steam count of people is increased. Is there any possibility to add some more servers?
