Title: Henrique Antunes mass station spreading

So I logged into one of the n-ice servers today, and someone had station spread a ton of cities. Basically the entire cities were grid-locked with one gigantic station.
No admins online so perhaps someone could review?

I have ~10 photos of cities they were doing it on, only allowed to post 3 here.

as a timestamp and player info: [00:30:53] * +OTTD--9 [01:03:30] * ---> Henrique Antunes (#3140/95.69.72.135 [95.69.72.135]/PT) has joined the game

this happens quite often on server #9 with Station spread: 12 tile(s), Train length: 12 tile(s) and only 35,000,000 EUR company value as goal.

I pointed "pepstick" to IRC channels and to the forum so, only complementing his info :)
