Title: claim a town

I've just started playing OpenTTD again.

On the x2 server, you can only claim a town less than 1500 population, but if you join the game late on you can't claim any towns because they have all grown too big.

Can the limit be increased with game time?

You can use the !voterestart command for restart the game with less population. Do not forget to play after using this command otherwise admins are going to ban you cause of demolition of other's players game for example.
