Complaints / [Reporting] player deletes goods buildings and puts company signs in city

I was playing a game in the 100Mill company valuation, head-to-head with Red and all of a sudden he starts deleting my goods buildings in the City I was dropping goods. He wouldn't stop after confronting him so he starts buildings company signs in the same city so that my fund buildings does not work anymore.
