Crash logs and files attached (as zip)

When using zoning toolbar advertisements and/or station catchment enabled: zooming in and out and moving around the map crashes the client. Happened 10 times yesterday and replicated it few times just now. I have tested and disabling vsync in game options provides a workaround/solution for me.

comment: disabling vsync option helps with the problem but crashes still occur

about zoning_cmd.cpp... old one is bugged, cause crash of the game with zones around city or industry...
I just remove most old code and wrote own zoning, very useful for some servers...

Gopher:
The measuring tool is not working. The default currency keeps going back to GB Pounds. The button for Transfer Cargo seems to be missing (alt. Right click).
Measuring tool did not work before version 12 but the other 2 since version 12. Gopher 7 Jan 2022
