Ban/Unban Requests / [Confirmed] Ban Evog: Blocking and sabatoging

Evog joined my game on server 8 and started putting trains in the middle of roadways in my cities to shut down bus traffic.

After being caught and screen shotted by myself and ST2, we vote kicked him.

Five minutes later he came back and did the same thing again.

Please ban him and his IP address permanently.

In the opening of a game today on Server 7, total comic put his station so close to mine so that it would prevent my station growth on both sides.

Despite having the entire map available, totalcomic did this as their opening.
