Title: Scoring broken on Citybuilder servers

Hello, it seems that the scoring for citybuilder servers is broken (and has been for some time).  :'(

Here's one case from server 1. Similar issues ongoing on server 6.
The website scorelist says:

2014-02-10 11:43:45   0   1   34,980,106 / 0   1941 / 11   1   Yes

0 points awarded. At the end of the game, the console said 114 points.

Sometimes the database needs some time  ;D

small hint or random: if you click on top100-list and then click your username so scores are faster updated
