Kwissy uses 2 companies at the same time, 1 to demolish & 1 to build
He then starts a new company, transfer all the money, and win the game in a very short time to get a high score
It will be nice to see his scores get removed from the servers and a ban

Ddr, thank you for posting. We will investigate all the recent games of this player and we will get back with an answer. If what you say is true, Kwissy is facing permanent ban.

ddr, a timestamp would be more helpfull for alex879ro check logs
- and ofc, couple screenshots showing that;
- and well, the server chats (key below ESC show it)
- and !known <company_number> to see whos known in that specific company
This is for this case and to be considered for next player complaints. Better info makes admins decisions easier... a loooot!
Because players have the tools to see things too, with server !commands (type !help to see available commands)
but, and to the point again, if 2 companies used for the alleged purposes, alex879ro have the legit right to do it. period.

The highscores where not done in a fast game and my last game on server 8 is also a while ago. For two companies you would also need two players to transfer money. First of all i never want to have a punishment again on n-ice, so i will never do that massive money-transfer again for what we got caught (Server8 - Score 927). Second it does not make sense to have 1 company to demolish and 1 to build, the limits are not that harsh that you would really profit from it.

First of all, I need to finish mine. After checking the logs, I haven`t found any incriminating situations EXCEPT of course for the cheating on server 8 for which Kwissy has already been punished (4000 points deduction and 2 weeks of ban). Therefore, I have no other choice , but to conclude that Kwissy hasn`t cheated after that situation.
Conclusion is according to the stored information in the database. I did not consider that an even more deep investigation is required.

kwissy makes tile clearing and builds adjacent stations. is it legal ?

This is the rule:
Rule 5: Don't destroy towns/cities, only removal of small parts to get room for your station is allowed.
Small parts were cleared for his stations on capture screen, so it looks like legal. But if he had destroyed more houses then not legal.

The server setting "allow building adjacent stations" is "on". Using CTRL, while building station directly adjacent to one another will form new station.

ST2... first thing to note i fully respect the work you do for the community and know that you are an extremely experienced openttd admin/player.
If you would have listened to my very first words, in which i was saying that i was just looking for an achievement, we all just could have a nice day without this discussion. Here why i came to the idea for the reset-king achievemet:
can you make new achievements?
1) "banks worst nightmare" say getting bankrupted 10-20times
2) "ex ceo" "reset king" or soemthing you can think of. for !resetme 10-20times

First you made a big secret and did not want to tell me why exactly you acccuse me:

And after that you not accept or investigate the given answer. I absolutelly know what you are expecting, someone that resets a company does it for his own advantage, to cheat the game etc... your point of view. Even after i explained it to you and you checked the logs, you are still stuck on that view. New situations and different behaviors, from what you expect, do not necessarily have to be a cheat. Deciding just on your experience and not accepting new situations makes you old.
Everyone who understands the log you postet here, can see that your conclusion is faulty. I was never with 2 companies online, so where should i've gotten an advantage? And if there would be an advantage, the only thing that comes to my mind would be for landscaping or city-behavior with at least 2 companies, which is absolute nonsense on the Aircraft-Server. I did not break the multicompany rule, and there is no rule which forbids you to reset your company at any time and so often you want.
Your statement "On this time he stopped!" is also absolute wrong... when you talked to me i already started a new company on S1 where i could try to get the Docktor-Achievement... not possible on X5.
Watch the whole chatlog and you can see that i found about 10 achievements this morning... gives you proove of what was my goal.
The way how you trow in the answer with the question is not very smart... it is so obvious that you never wanted to hear the answer of "all n-ice players". With the next post, please, talk to me and discuss things to the end. I always accepted the things you teached me and learned alot from your, never told you any untrue story in return. So i was a bit surprised, how you where acting like a complete different person this time.
I hope it was just a weak moment you had to post it without getting evidence first. It was never my intention to make you look like an idiot in here.

First of all I can see where the impression of abuse comes from with that log, but Kwissy already explained himself. Besides the fact that there is hardly any benefit from terraforming on the aircraft server and you cannot transfer money that is still a loan, I do not see where the abuse could possibly be.
The other option you offer is trolling, but since he does not seem to bother anybody, I wonder where that would be...

With that in hand it seems more like you are trolling. If you think he cheated, say it straight-out and don't ask questions you perfectly well know the answers to.
I am no admin, but to answer your question about it being allowed or not: I guess with your experience you know what abuses are possible and that this was not one of them.
I also think changing manager face, HQ location or company color a dozen of times is not a thing most people would do for fun, yet those are also achievements. Crashing a train also gives an achievement, and doing that on purpose is also not allowed as you know.
You know how it feels to be falsely accused, so I would expect you not to do it yourself...
(And yes, repeating that he is either a cheat or a troll is accusing.) Now let's all get back to the order of the day.
