Andreas has made a valid point, but option 2 also contradicts "encourage social gameplay".
Option 1 also has pocilicing problem, ie this type of cheating can only be discovered by doing in depth investigation.
Its a difficult one.
the idea has always been to encourage social gameplay.
The question here is: how bad is this? Good players don't need the money to winn, less experienced players ususally won't win, even with moneytransfers.
In my opinion there are only 2 options:
1. Keep it as is and leave it to admins to judge what fair and unfair beaviour is
2. Disable all moneytransfers.
Making guidelines on how much money is allowed to be transferred imo won't work because it depends on too many variables like goal, game length, duration of the game to name a few...

I think !voterestart has been disabled on s8 due to jealous players who deliberately abused !vote commands to restart server.

That's exactly why I didn't pursue this matter when I had my games lost due to server-auto-restart. I agree with Alex, we cant let resources eaten up, (which large servers do), by EMPTY servers.
In my last reply, my agreement was to have 4 hours restart increased to an agreed number.
Aditsu is asking for 12 hours, I would say 6 or 8 hours auto-restart.
It would be nice if others players give their opinions on this.

It happened to me as well a while ago, and came to know its a generic setting for all servers. I also agree that for server8 it should be increased.

K9 also allows you to use planes.

Alex followed the rule by the word ((active sabotage of other players, intentional vehicle destruction, insults...) .... means ignoring admins) , how on earth can he be guilty. Major Tom is lucky he didn't get Temp-Ban, as I remember Alex gets easily annoyed

Thank you Andreas for correcting me. I am terrible at putting thoughts into words. Should have quoted phrases like "Bad apple/egg in a basket" and "Bad fish in a pond". Of course there are many "Good" players against MINORITY BAD ones. And its these good ones that make N-Ice community really really N-ICE.
